ICAT is equipped with state-of –the art Passive Safety (Crash) Lab capable of doing all kinds of Frontal, Side & rear Crashes, Pedestrian Protection Tests and Sled tests. ”Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan”, which translates to 'self-reliant India' or 'self-sufficient India', is the vision of the Prime Minister of India of making India "a bigger and more important part of the global economy." Auto industry, which imports more than Rs 1 Lac Crore worth of components is the prime focus under this scheme to reduce the imports to 50% over the next 4-5 years. In view of the above, ICAT is planning to expand its testing capabilities and facilities in the area of Passive Safety by using the equipments and technologies developed and manufactured in India the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan. ICAT wish to invite EOI from the interested and technically capable parties for DEVELOPING, MANUFACTURING & SUPPLY OF INDIGENOUS SERVO SLED SYSTEM.
