ICAT is equipped with state-of –the art Passive Safety Lab capable of doing all kinds of full frontal, offset frontal, side and rear impact crash and sled tests as per Indian and Global standards. ”Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan”, which translates to 'self-reliant India' or 'self-sufficient India', is the vision of the Prime Minister of India making India "a bigger and more important part of the global economy". Auto industry, which imports more than Rs 1 Lac Crore worth of components is the prime focus under this scheme, is to reduce the imports to 50% over the next 4-5 years. In view of the above, ICAT is planning to expand its testing capabilities and facilities in the area of passive safety testing by using the equipments and technologies developed and manufactured in India to promote the Atmanirbhar Bharat Abhiyan. ICAT wish to invite EOI from the interested and technically capable parties for " DEVELOPING , MANUFACTURING & SUPPLY OF INDIGENIOUS H-III 50TH PERCENTILE MALE DUMMY”
